Terms of business

Summit Aston Martin Contract Hire supplies the full range of Aston Martin vehicles currently available in the UK on either business or where available personal contract hire. The price as advertised is the total price you pay unless otherwise stated and includes delivery free of charge to any address in mainland UK. Delivery will be via our team of drivers but should you prefer we can provide a quotation for a transported delivery (by request). Alternatively we can arrange collection from our dealership and Summit Ford Contract Hire will refund the cost of one second class rail ticket (subject to submission of receipt).

Prior to final delivery confirmation we will require receipt of all the relevant contract documentation and cleared funds. All documentation must be in place with our chosen funding partner at least 7 days prior to the provisionally agreed delivery date and Summit Aston MartinContract Hire must receive written authorisation from them prior to confirming a final delivery date. Please be advised that the originals of any proofs of identity that we will require (copies not acceptable) will be returned to you via Royal Mail recorded delivery, or should you prefer in person by our delivery driver when we deliver your vehicle.

Prices as advertised are based on contract hire over a term of either 24 or 36 months and 10,000 miles per annum unless otherwise stated (other mileage and terms available on request) and excess mileage charges apply. Prices shown are exclusive of VAT at the standard rate. All finance is subject to status and acceptance from our chosen funding partner. Please be aware we will require the originals of proof of identity.

Private Individuals

Prices as advertised where available are based on contract hire over a term of either 24 or 36 months and 10,000 miles per annum unless otherwise stated (other mileage and terms available on request) and excess mileage charges apply. Prices shown are inclusive of VAT at the standard rate @ 17.5%. All finance is subject to status and acceptance from our chosen funding partner. Please be aware we will require the originals of proof of identity.

Summary

We will require a deposit to be paid upon accepting your order and this will be the total of the advance rental required under the terms of the contract including VAT. Please be aware that all deposits are non refundable under any circumstances and we may require an additional amount to be paid should you wish to order an unusual specification or colour combination. Should this be the case we will advise you accordingly. We will also require written authorisation from our funding partner and cleared funds prior to confirming final delivery arrangements.
